In NAV2009 (and older) order planning doesn't show demand from service orders, but in NAV2013 this is a standard. If you use older NAV versions, this can be modified. I do this several times.
Order planning window doesnot show any demand for the Items from the service orders. Is order planning window designed to show demand from Production and Sales orders only?
Thanks.
If you have NAV license, you need to order developer license from your partner. Cost of developer license depend of country region. License has different costs at different regionos. In my country (Serbia), cost is:

Hi there,
I would like to have an overview of whether I can use NAV2013 to setup multiple companies from Dynamics CRM accounts when needed. I would like to create a sort of deployment strategy for the setting up of company financial management on-the-fly from accounts in MS-Dynamics CRM. In NAV2013, I would also like to setup multiple templates for the chart of accounts based on company operations.
On enabling an account from Dynamics CRM, I would then run a workflow to create the company with an associated chart of accounts along with all the custom reports for that company. Is that possible in NAV2013.
I am in a financial services company and will need to implement this for our multiple clients from various industry types to manage their accounts.
Please enlighten me on whether this is possible in NAV2013 to setup rapid deployments from Dynamics CRM and whether NAV2013 can accommodate more than 100 company instances for their financial management.
Regards,
Kit
This is not possible in the standard NAV. I beleive this is a possible, but with some customization.
If you want to make credit-memo reverse, this is a invoice. You need to make new invoice and copy all entries from credit-memo. The best way is Functions->Copy Document.
hi! we were just new in nav and we are facing certain problems regarding the credit memos. first, posted a credit memo in a wrong vendor. second, the items shouldn't be with withholding but it was posted with withholding tax. Third, there are posted credit memos that shouldn't be posted. We are in need of help in reversing these posted documents. hoping for your help and support! thanks.
Hi
We have a prospect who is into Stationery Manufacturing (Diaries, Note books, Organizers etc). I would like to know how much NAV 2013 will fit in this industry? Has any one implemented NAV 2013 for this industry and what are the challenges? Just to know whether the standard MFG module will fit in this process or a huge customization?
Any inputs will be appreciated
This is mostly simple manufacturing and it should not be a problem for NAV mfg. But, you need to make business process analysis and after that you will know exactly.
