How much goods are produced per one process? If you have one pretty precisely formula and one routing for only one finish good, then it's OK and it is possible in NAV.
If you have many goods with separate BOM, it is alsko OK. If you have many goods and by-products with common BOM, there are a problem. It is still possible, but very difficult. In this case I would not recommend NAV for this implementation.
