I'd like to reach out to the NAV community and ask if anyone is using IDYN products [Particularly ConnectIT, CheckIT, PrintIT, AuthorizeIT] I'd like to hear your experiences with it, how you manage to get training, support, etc. What the documentation is like. If you have used it long enough... Do you find it useful? What do you like? What do you not like?
I've done a bunch of google searches and there does not seem to be a whole lot out there.
