Filter item no in sales price table that not start (AR-) Problem

Hi guys i want to filter sales price table filed item no as example

AR-AGG

AR-AGG1

AR-CEMENT

AR-SAND

SAND

CEMENT

AGG

I need only show only items not start  AR-

MEANING result what i need is

SAND

CEMENT

AGG

I make  filter but it not work why :

Item.No. WHERE (Item Category Code=FILTER(FG),No.=FILTER(<>AR*))

after this i display data only (fg items)  that show but items fg that start AR not showing

Filter i need make filter to fg items and that not start AR-

Can any one show to me how i make filter to above.
