Send to Excel does not work

In an international project with NAV 2013 and Office 2013 when trying to export the Analysis by Dimension to Excel it works in most of the countries, except for Sweden where it just exports the header lines and then it stops.

It works everywhere else and for these specific users other list pages (e.g. customer) can be exported. It is just the Analysis by Dimension that does not work.

Any ideas?
