Job queue automatically stops - reason unknown

Hi all,

For couple of our clients, we have configured job queues and they are working perfectly doing the expected job.

But often, these job queues (all of them) stop automatically. We do not know the reason. 

Checking NAS - other services - these we have done. We did not come across any issue in these.

And this happens for 2 of our clients - both are in NAV 2016 - but different CUs.

Client : 1    9.0.51234.0

Client : 2    9.0.51775.0

Has any body come across this issue before? What should be check for to be able to identify the issue?
