Costing in NAV 5.0 Does it work and can you trust it?

I'd like to get some feedback on users of NAV 5.0 and Costing. Has anyone run into problems with costing in 5.0. If so, what were they.

We are planning on moving to 5.0 but need more answers before we move forward.
