I would like to highlight (though Microsoft has already confirmed few concerns for not considering this) india localisation issues which I think should have considered at the time of rollout in India.
1. NAV doesn't support multiple apply entries for Vendor Payment for reverse charge mechanism bills.
Risk: Single entry apply entry option is not practically possible wherein volume is high. GTA bill volume generally is very high.
Also if user forgot to apply any one entry then there will be liability in future along with interest.
There is no logic as to why nav doesn't provide multiple apply entry service tax bill payment to vendors.
Surprisingly this was possible in very old version i.e. NAV 4.0 SP3.
This should have addressed during the testing phase. I wonder how such an important point gets skipped.
