Add the pages, reports to the NAV 2013

Hi expert, how to add the new pages and reports to the Dynamic NAV2013? It is easier to add in the old version before 2009. But NAV2013 separates the object designer from the NAV2013. When to use the Microsoft Dynamic NAV Server? Thank you!
