We are facing an issue at POS in Windows 7 OS PCs. If we try to copy any value (Say Item No.) from any document (notepad, Excel etc.) or application to POS, the POS stops responding and to proceed further, need to log off from POS and log in again. The same issue does not come in PCs having Windows xp OS.
While analyzing the issue, we found that the issue is emerging because of the unusual behavior of Alt+Tab key in Windows 7. when we switch from one window to another, the menu buttons remains activated even if we release the keys as shown in the snapshot. This causing POS to stop working normally.
