I am trying to set up user for the Document Approval (i.e user ID SALES for creating sales order and request the order to be released, and user ID STENG in Accounting to approve the sales orders); however, once I added user SALES with permission go Table Data "Approval Entry(Table 454), Approval Comment Line (Table 455), Posted Approval Entry (Table 456), Posted Approval Comment Line (Table 457), and Additional Approvers (Table 465), user ID SALES is able to send request but ALSO release the order at the same time. If I remove the function, user ID SALES is not able to make request through Document Approval. Please advise if this is setting issue. Is there any link or reference I could look into to correct the setting? Thank you!
