  I have little bit confusion that how to update my flag

         if i write below code  On 'Item Ledger Entry' quantity   insert / Modify .is it wright code ? yes then how to get ItemNo value

            Item.SetCurrentkey("Item No.",ItemNo);

            Item.SETRANGE("UpdateFlag",TRUE);
