Restrict items for certain customers

Is there a way in NAV 2015 to restrict certain items for certain customers? 

for example, some of our customers are only authorized to have some of our items in their stores, we cannot sell them only what’s authorized. It’s fairly common at big supermarkets. 

Is it possible to restrict in the item card that this item can only be sold to all customers except customer A, Customer B, and customer C?
