We are using Zetadocs Express version 6 in NAV 2013.
We have many users who use NAV through Terminal Server RemoteAPP in offices around the country. Zetadocs in this environment allows uploading of files up to around 1Mb, but anything more than that and it appears to time out, with the error "Failed to save the document. To solve the problem, please contact your administrator" (And of course I am the administrator! ).
I have turned on debug level logging and tested but can't find any definitive information. I wonder if there is a timeout setting that can be made in either the Zetadocs Archive Service config file, or the client?
